Can you clean outside our opening hours?
Yes. We work from 7am on weekdays, so most shop floors can be cleaned before you open, with fitting rooms and staff areas done after you close. Weekend appointments are available for commercial clients.
Do you clean hard floors as well as carpets?
Yes. We clean carpets, vinyl, LVT and tiled floors, usually in the same visit, so the whole store is done at once.
Can you remove salt marks from carpets?
In most cases, yes. Winter salt leaves white tidemarks near entrances, which we treat before the main clean. The sooner it's dealt with, the better the result.
How soon can customers walk on the floor?
It depends on the floor and the method. Where an area has to be back in use quickly we use low-moisture cleaning, and we'll give you drying times when we plan the work.
Do you clean showroom furniture?
Yes. We clean display sofas, chairs and other upholstered furniture, as well as customer seating.
Do you offer regular cleaning?
Yes. We can set up a schedule around your trading year, with entrances and walkways cleaned more often than the rest of the store.
