Can you remove stains and pet odours?
Most stains and pet odours can be removed or greatly reduced. We pre-treat each stain for its type and treat odours at the source. Some stains, particularly old dye-based spills or bleach marks, may have permanently changed the fibre colour; we'll tell you at the inspection what's realistic.
Do different carpet and rug materials need different cleaning methods?
Yes. Wool, synthetics, natural plant fibres and silk each react differently to water, heat and cleaning solutions. Using the wrong method can cause shrinkage, colour run or browning, which is why we identify the fibre before we start.
